The TV were not working no cable TV, showers not working had little water pressure and would not engage the shower, the doors not working front desk would have to unlock the door every time you left the room

This is the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There were roaches all over the hotel, mold in the bathroom, carpet was wet, no electricity throughout the room, except for the bathroom

the elevators were broken, we had to carry all our (heavy) suitcases up 4 flights of stairs for 6 people. It was super hot in the hallways, no AC, the room room was cool at least. I wish we knew it was going under renovations or we would have stayed elsewhere

The property was clean, our door didn’t lock so we had to change out rooms. The mattresses need to be replaced and the rooms can use a little updating but overall it was a good stay. I think the staff said they are about to start a renovation so that would definitely make it a great stay

I didn’t not like the way this hotel does business! I went online to book this room and they gave me a 3rd floor room with no working elevators! I asked for a refund because not only were the elevators working but the rooms there had mold

The hotel is nice , room was excellent, they need to improve. A few things, like no hangers in the closet. And breakfast only waffles,, cereals , and apple juice . Is a good idea to improve the breakfast.

The whole property smelled like weed. If you found a spot that didn't smell like weed, it smelled like mildew. We got to the room and there were no linens for the sleeper sofa. Upon asking the front desk they acted like they couldn't be bothered. I asked for linens for the sleeper sofa and he gave me a single fitted sheet. I asked if that was it and he said "you want more?" I said yes please because there isn't anything in the room. He came back with another fitted sheet. The room was dirty with stains and junk all over the walls and the mattress on the sleeper sofa was visibly disgusting. The toiletries in the room were used and half empty and there was no coffee near the coffee pot. The TV kept randomly turning off due to a bad cord and it even turned on in the middle of the night scaring the crap out of us. Would not recommend.

Very little amenities. Linen towels and just overall furniture needs attention. Had trouble in check in about rooms available. Then received one that had no been cleaned smelled like urine and cigarettes. Honestly would never stay here again.

The hotel was horrible . Water damage everywhere . The smell was FOUL, the AC was broken and it was very very humid inside the building . Water stains all over the carpet, paint peeling from water damage . Inside the rooms red stains all on the carpet, dirty tubs . Oil stains on the headboard it’s ridiculous! They refused my refund because I booked through Expedia even though I paid extra for insurance . I had to book another hotel the same day and spend MORE money. It upsets me so much . This hotel should be taken off of Expedia !

The room was spacious and clean, only complaint was all of the lights did not work. The light in the entry way did not come on making it hard to use the full length mirror in that area. In the bathroom only one light fully worked, the one above the tub kept flashing on and off, flickering. Outside of that I would recommend.
