"The location is great and the courtyard is lovely and very quiet. Our room was very nice and roomy. Be aware that parking is either in the public lot across the street or at another hotel a few blocks away. For safety of our vehicle we chose the hotel location, it was a short walk and not a problem to get back into our vehicle when needed. Would definitely stay there again"

"Room was clean - Because of the location of the hotel, you can walk everywhere. Condensation builds up in the bathroom when showering and drips everywhere- the ceiling had soft spots (the build up over the years). You will definitely need a towel on the floor and the shower curtain is thin, so you will need to monitor as to prevent the water from wetting the toilet, etc. Overall, our stay was good. We’d stay again. Convenience was what we needed and this hotel provided that for us."

"Do not book! Place was dust and dirty. We had roaches in the room and bathroom. Food left in the fridge. Told the staff he didn’t show any concern but i guess because he already knows the condition of the place. Changed to a second room thought I was in the ocean and smokers paradise. We left the conditions were horrible, definitely should not be renting rooms for that rate. $60 would be more like it."

"I was with children- not the place to bring children. Very busy area. Valet parking is bad. "

"This hotel was reasonably priced and had great customer service. It was a nice location. Close to the highway to get back to the airport and close enough for us to walk and get food, drinks, souvenirs, and see all of the Lundi and Mardi Gras parades!"

"Parking was easy and secure. The room was clean. I enjoyed having a place in the bathroom to put all of my stuff, but I did not enjoy the bathroom light being so bright maybe put on dimmer. Would go again. "
