"Room was clean and bedding comfortable. Staff was always helpful. Breakfast was mediocre: powdered eggs, sausage not the healthiest, muffins store bought not fresh. Overall not the best. Location next to freeway; could hear traffic noise but that’s what happens when you are at an airport hotel. TV was the worse with no cable unless you cast your own device; instructions were a little confusing."

"Won't use this hotel again. The shuttle service worked well and the tenders in the bar were nice, that's the good points. Place is really run down and didn't feel comfortable. Our room was by the car park next to the monorail with announcements through the night with lots of noise. Had to switch off the air-conditioning as it was extremely noisy and couldn't leave the fan on without the light being on."

"Room was clean but small. Balcony is nice to have. No in room coffee maker or microwave. Had a couple of minor issues but the staff was very quick to assist. All staff were great. I highly recomend if your looking for a nice budget hotel in a really great location with super nice staff."

The 1st time they were supposed to clean our room they did not and we had to ask. We found ourselves constantly having to ask for basic things. "Breakfast is good. If you want to save money touring oahu, this is the hotel for you. Free breakfast, free parking, less than an hour to most attractions. There are a lot of restaurants around including jollibee. There is also a walking distance grocery which is like whole foods that sells hot food. As you may be aware, it is really expensive in hawaii. There is also a washer and dryer onsite. Will definitely stay again here"

"Do not expect valet parking. They only have self park in a garage they share with another hotel. We were lucky to get a space after driving around a completely full garage several times. No idea where we could have parked otherwise in Waikiki! No elevator that is easily accessed or even found. We had to lug luggage down 3 flights of stairs. "I recommend for visiting right in the heart of Waikīkī. Food truck right across and the beach is 5 min walk and u can watch fireworks by beach every Friday."

"The pros of this hotel are its location, the staff was very nice, professional and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very clean. Different breakfast every day but it was not great, it was ok. Cons- Swimming pool was extremely small and in the middle of the breakfast area. Their elevator was extremely slow, you had to wait up to 5 minutes to use the elevator. The lobby furniture was honestly gross. Overall our stay was good."
