"We loved our stay at Peneda ecofarm. It is well located for walks in the National Park and only an hours drive from Porto's airport. There are several natural river pools to swim in with in a 30 minute drive of the accomodation. Which we were directed to by the owners. Our room was modern and fresh with a lovely balcony. "This was one of our favorite places we stayed in Portugal. The lady who runs this is absolutely wonderful (as well as her pet goat and dogs). She even makes a lovely homemade breakfast, by request, for only 6€ a person. In the morning, we could smell her homemade bread baking. The suite we stayed in had a full kitchen, a super comfortable bed, nice bathroom and a beautiful balcony with a view of the hills. The property is very quiet and located in such a peaceful area. If we ever go back to...

"The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were courteous, attentive, and always willing to help. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh options, and the parking facilities were convenient. The hotel is also located in a safe and comfortable area, which made the stay even more enjoyable."

"This was a nice hotel in the centre of town, very close to bars/restaurants and the beach. Beds were comfy, room was clean and staff were very helpful. Unfortunately there was an electricity blackout overnight, out of the hotel's hands, but they did their very best to work around it especially at breakfast time. 5 stars to the staff for handling that difficult situation."
