I call it my home away from home and I stay there frequently when visiting our children! Spectacular views, inviting atmosphere and stay second to none! Special shout out to Alejandro at the breakfast buffet! He was exceptionally kind to me and our family! This hotel will always be my first choice when visiting Chicago! "Room was clean, staff was great, and breakfast at the restaurant was fantastic. The only complaint is the phone number on the valet ticket does not work. We either had to call the front desk or just go to the valet desk to request our vehicle. We had walked to dinner five minutes away and tried to request our car before we left the restaurant as we had an event we had to leave for. The text message kept saying our ticket could not be found. The valet then said the phone number is incorrect. This is not good service especially for the price of the valet and the caliber of the hotel."
