"They wouldn't let us check in early and we were traveling and they didnt even check the actual room. The pool felt nice but it needed to be cleaned. Our ac in our room wasnt cooling down the room and they tried to fix it by nelting the ice with a hair dryer which didnt work because we had to tell them again and they switched our room towards the end of our stay.
