"Location was good but the hotel (room) could use some updating (mold spots on the ceiling, sunken in mattress, heavily stained counter, dirty fridge). Overall the room was nice but definitely wouldn’t be back due to the issues noted."

"This was the second year we chose to stay here for a baseball tournament. For the price it can’t be beat. Our King room was large, bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was wonderful to have - we ate most of our meals at the table and chairs provided. I rise much earlier than my husband and enjoyed the two minute drive to Wawa (also within walking distance- just not for me) for a coffee while watching the planes landing at the Richmond Airport across the street. "Great location. Bathrooms need updating. Temperature of shower was either extremely cold or burning hot. Bathtub porcelain needed repair. Card key worked once. Had to go up and down the elevator 4 times and get 4 different cards taking 20-30 minutes to get back into the room, until one finally worked. No phone in the room to call the front desk, or housekeeping for an extra blanket or towels. This is concerning if there had been a bigger issue."

"Overall, the room was clean and spacious. However, the bathroom is claustrophobically tiny. No mirror or wash basin in the bathroom. Room cleaning is only every other day. That is a major turn off. Breakfast was just okay, not much variety. Fruits were especially stale, consistently."

"We only stay over night between flights. We were extremely impressed by the staff. Every encounter was friendly, polite, helpful, and welcoming. Both shuttle drivers were beyond pleasant. Desk staff smiled, had pleasant personalities, and were extremely helpful. The restrooms (in room & in lobby) were clean and stocked. Housekeeping held open elevator doors while wishing us a pleasant evening. The room was clean, neat and stocked. All employees treated these two weary, tired and frazzled...

"The front desk employees were a tremendous help. Great customer service there. However, the grounds were very poorly kept. There were sticky spots all over the food stained floors in the dining area. The room smelled of old, used cleaning water. The towels and bedding matched the same terrible smell. The mattress was very old and had little to no support. Do not recommend at all."
