I called out, looked around, and in the dining area--no one responded. I thought this is weird, so I waited, and after about ten minutes, the lady I watched entering the lobby with a bag of food was actually the customer service attendant. "The room was pretty clean, but was lacking a shower curtain which we had to call down for. The lack of some sort of blanket or comforter was a bit off-putting for sleep as well. I also think that there their breakfast area was wanting in space."

"Don’t go to this hotel; find somewhere else to stay, please. You have to pay for parking while staying there, and when I arrived, the room didn’t have a remote control for the TV. The staff had to come back to my room several times for about 30 minutes to change the channel on the TV. Then, on the remote, it said Netflix, but you can’t watch it because they were in the process of switching it over. I won’t be going back there; I woke up this morning to find charges on my account. "My recent stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites in Virginia was okay, but there were a few areas that could use improvement. The staff was polite, but the overall service felt inconsistent, and some interactions didn’t meet the level of attentiveness I expected. Nothing was terrible, but the experience didn’t quite match the standard I’m used to from this brand. With a bit more focus on cleanliness of the room, communication and guest support, this location could really shine."

"During my one-week stay I had several problems with my key access to my room. I paid ahead of time for the full week my room access card would not work on at least 5 occasions. Each time I had to go to the office to have my keycard "fixed", and had to wait in line behind other guests who were signing in to even talk to the counter person. The Motel seems to be understaffed.
