Hotel dekat Huguenot Flatwater Park

"Room was for a great price. However, couch, desk, and bathroom had a layer of dirt on it. It looked as if it were quickly wiped but not truly cleaned. One of the two elevators were broken so with the high volume of people that were staying there this weekend, it was quite annoying and time consuming to get to the 7th floor. The entrance of the building is very odd, it seems like it is the back of the building. The staff were nice and helpful but the building honestly needs to be knocked down....

"Everything was pretty good except having to be in the very very back of the floor and the staff was either not accommodating or around. The bartender helped me find the person to check in and was always as his station. The breakfast was a bit lacking. And I was looking forward to that the most since I work in the hospital but other than that It was ok"

"The property was clean. I stayed in a suite with a pull out bed and a king bed in a separate room. It’s spacious. However the air worked in the room with the king bed and did not work in the other room where my kids stayed. It was a big inconvenience because we had to sleep with our door open to the kids room. I went to the front desk and the associate was informed of the issue . The thermal was set at 64 and the room was 77 degrees. Mind you it was 90 degrees outside. She explained that...

"Stains on the ceiling and walls. worn fabric on furniture, outdated colors, hard to locate. Felt 'dirty'. Questioned the clientele. Carpet stains and sandy feel. Called Expedia and checked out immediately."
