"Check in - arrived very late. Staff was helpful but we didn’t receive the wifi code. Once in the room, it was stuffy and 85 degrees. One packet of conditioning shampoo was provided for two people for two nights. When asked for more, was given body lotion. Wash clothes were stained and bath towels ..."

"The room resembled a crime scene with blood on the bed, what appeared to be vomit on the floor, among other bodily fluids. The smell was horrible. The door to the room was left wide open, as were the windows with no screens."
