"Rooms were clean, but staff at beach was very unprofessional. You asked them a question and they would look at you like you didn’t know what to say. Very young. Staff needs to learn how to communicate with customers. We made a complaint to the Manager, but Manager was gonna look into it and get back to us four days later and we still have not received a call back arcade. Half the games What does what does were broken or not in. Services. Didn’t have a lot of Services for kids."

"It was a clean room, but outdated. I thought it would be more updated, since they stated they recently renovated the rooms. Be aware that the doors slam shut if you do not gently close them. That means we could hear everybody's door slamming shut. It was affordable. I was aware how far the parking lot was from the hotel, but some may not know that. I was disappointed all the previously unloading/loading areas are now parking areas. It makes it hard to load/unload your bags with everybody parking near the door closest to check-in. Check-in took longer than other hotels. Employees were super nice though!"
