"When we checked in we were very disappointed that the pool and hot tub were being updated. That was thee primary reason for chosing this location. The clerk asked me right away if Expedia or the hotel had contacted us about the pool but neither company had. Had our granddaughter akong with us and like I said we were very disappointed. The room was good and the rest of the amenities were ok."

"The hotel is beautiful with the lake view and s’mores at night around the fire pits. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. "

"The room was nice and clean, had lots of extra space. We check in late as we were driving and the front desk person was a little short with us, staff was nice at breakfast and in the halls. Breakfast was fine. Biggest complaints are the $10 parking fee which when we booked said free parking, the wifi was hard to connect to and we had to use hotspot for any secure browser. And of course the main picture is water slides, the kids see water slides, they have been expecting water slides, and the water slides are off. "
