"New owners are starting to get the property around, but there's a ways to go. I don't know about all the rooms, but our shower was not good. They need to tear out all the old spa tubs and flooring and install modern bathroom settings. Our room had a bit of a musty odor too, whatever needs to be done to mitigate that should be high on the priority list. "Clean room. Staff extremely polite. Breakfast was outstanding. With construction underway, didn't get the full experience of the Inn. Very grateful for the first floor room next to the side exit to let my dog out quickly and quietly. The grounds were wonderful to walk my dog on, so peaceful!"

"Clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff. Wish more of the bars and restaurants were open, went on weekday. Overall, nice property with plenty of parking. Didn't make it to the pool, but we walked to see and looks like a fun spot to hang out with an outside bar. We are not gamblers, stayed because the price was good for a last minute trip to New Buffalo, but we did a few slots, casinos itself is a good size, lots of machines and tables. "Room was very clean, smelled nice. No issuse with the room at all. On our second day they ran out of towels which was a very odd situation to be in given that we were at a hotel close to the beach. Housekeeping took the normal towels and left some veru small ones. Front desk was somewhat indifferent. Breakfast was ok. The pool could have used a bit more cleaning."

"97 degrees outside. The A/C in my room did not work properly. Sweating all night as it would not cool my room. All I got at the front desk the next morning was, “Sorry.” Will find a different place to stay on my trip out west next summer! :("

"The stay was just fine. Staff I interacted with was nice and helpful though. I booked here after seeing it was award winning and highly rated. I expected a lot more and was underwhelmed. Upon arrival to our room it has a slight musty smell, eventually that went away or we got used to it. Bed was fine.
