"I cannot express enough how kind, friendly and “above and beyond” the entire staff is here. From the moment we arrived to loading our car to leave, everyone we met was extremely helpful. The facility is beautiful and in a perfect location for views of and access to the beach. But honestly, the beautiful lodging is truly secondary to the kindness of the staff. "Undesirable when you first drive up and see it.no curb appeal whatsoever. Its just 2 parking lot with a lot of weeds coming through the .cracks and edges. Terrible smell when we walked in. I think it was their cleaning supplies. It was much stronger in our rooms. We opened the windows wide to get rid of smell. Our first impression was not good. Their spa was not working. The pool and sauna were. . They looked ok but we didnt make use of them. The room was clean but desperately needs...

"The property is clean and well maintained. One suggestion is to put coffee makers in the rooms. It would be nice for us early morning coffee drinkers to have that option since the lobby doesn’t open until 8AM where there is a machine."
