"The room was well-designed, efficient use of space with all amenities. I especially liked the fact that everything could be controlled with the Ipad. The hotel is centrally located within walking distance to shops at Newbury street and with the T right next door. The lobby was well designed with ample areas for lounging, dining or just spending time with other guests. I loved the vibe. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Boston."

"Avoid this hotel at all costs. Horrible customer service, they didnt respect my reservation. After traveling all night long, they didnt had a bit of emphaty as the cancelled my reservation and had to go find another hotel at 5 AM after flight delays.
Couldnt even pay the parking with them as I leaved the premises.

"The staff was incredibly helpful! The food from the restaurant was delicious and our room was clean and quiet, all amenities worked. The breakfast buffet though on a small scale was professionally prepared thoughtfully and the french toast out of this world! We could go on and on about the food at this place! SO GOOD!
