"I was really surprised at this property. I thought it was a world, renowned golf hotel. It was absolutely no bar. The restaurant was small. It looks like it has been updated but on the fourth floor our room was good, but the hallways were disgusting. They had horrible carpeting with stains all over them, and we came out of the elevator. The walls were chipped."

"Had a issue with our 1st room the door wouldn't lock but they quickly moved us to another room. The water pressure in the shower seemed kinda weak and my wife was awakened by by ants crawling in the bed they were on the floor as well"

"The first room we were assigned was not in the main building and had a very strong, unpleasant odor. Even after moving to the main building, the property felt so dated that we could clearly hear the sewer and plumbing sounds from the upstairs bathroom. Given the high nightly rates, the value just isn’t there—especially since the resort has no official partnership or special access relationship with the TPC Sawgrass golf course."

"Rooms are outdated. Wallpaper in the bathroom peeling, furniture had chips. Pool closed. Even the arcade games ate your money and you couldn’t play."

"When I showed up to check in after 11pm, the loby was CLOSED. The sign on the door said closed from 11pm to 9am. What hotel lobby closes at night. I couldn't check in."

"The advertised breakfast buffet is $11.99 per day per person. The posted hours are 6:30-9:30. We arrived at 9am. No plates, no napkins, no bacon, no cups, no mixed fruit. A few pieces of breakfast meats that appeared to have been sitting a while. No biscuits and gravy. The cooked foods were all about gone, and it appeared that they were more focused on finishing up the breakfast for 9:30 rather than bringing out more foods for those of us who came later in the morning . We voiced our displeasure...
