I had called to see about adjoining rooms or at least in same floor, well, we were originally in different floors, they never checked or read my requests very discouraged. Air conditioning didn’t work, they had to reset it but still didn’t work. We hadn’t even checked out yet, and the cleaning man was in our room when husband came out of bathroom. Only 9;00 am. Pool was down"
