"We were given a room with a view of the car park. It was particularly ugly and not shown in the photos before booking. When we complained we were upgraded and it was perfect. No fuss at all."

"We were here for a festival onsite so was very convenient. The bus stop was just outside and easy to get around the island. The grounds were nice. Our room needed some maintenance though. No shower screen door, drawers in wardrobe didn’t close. Staff were helpful but all reception was off site."
