"Room was dirty. I was overcharged at check in. I was put in a room I did not reserve. I also. Was over charged for security deposit and was given 5 dollars less than what I was supposed to. I had a visit for 15 mins and was charged 10$ staff was rude"

"Pool was very nice. No elevator if on second floor and rooms did not mask sound well so late and early it was hard to sleep. Hotel was clean, central to town and very friendly staff!"

"I believe the hotel has “dog” rooms that are not well kept, the tub drain was not functioning, the tub had a ring, and the shampoo and soap dispensers were empty, they did come and snake the drain, at 11 pm because they could not move us to another room. They did fix the drain problem, at 11, but the room still had the other issues. This should have been checked as it was clearly a issue before."

"The room was fine, a bit dated, but clean. The highlight was the staff - very helpful and supportive. Breakfast was…meh - just fine, but nothing spectacular. Pancake machine was not working (no problem for me, but there were kids there who were quite disappointed. Breakfast area was kept clean."

"room looked like it was from the 70s, i was there a week and no service at all was provided, smelled like weed in the hallways, the outside parking lot was riddled with pot holes it felt like i was driving an obsticle course just to avoid them ... it was near a lot of dining and shops though... is that a plus?"

"Clean rooms and nice hotel however being close to I 80 interstate highway the windows should have been better quality to keep the highway noise out!The noise of the traffic was continuous through out the night!"

"Comfie bed. Very clean property and breakfast area. Debbie at front desk was so friendly and helpful. She’s honest too. I hadn’t even realized I had left my credit card there when checking in and she brought it to my room. 😁"

"This is an older property, but is exactly what was needed: comfortable bed, hot shower, plenty of clear cable channels with a ton of sports. If I find myself, again, in Niles OH, I wouldn’t hesitate in booking again"
