Nightmarish experience. I was traveling with a friend who wanted his own room. We booked this hotel at the last minute as it was close to the NP HQs. We arrived at 7 pm to find no front desk, just a bar area that was manned by a young lady who stated that we couldn’t stay as the owner had not been ...

Great hotel where staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and provided excellent service. Restaurant food was delicious. Was only a short visit - wish I had longer to enjoy. Reason for visit was gorilla trek.

An Incredible Experience
Amazing service, charming rooms, fantastic food. I went there after a gorilla trek and before hiking up Bisoke and they were fantastic. They helped arrange transport as well. Will absolutely be staying here again if I'm back in Musanze.
