"Ottimo hotel"

"The room was spacious, clean and just all around perfect! We had the most amazing time, the shower was huge, as was the bed. The amenities was fantastic! Robes, slippers, speaker mini bar the whole 9 yards! Would absolutely recommend for couples and without a shadow of a doubt be back!! 11 out of 10!!!"

"Firstly the location of this lovely hotel is ideal ! On a canal on a quiet street but walkable to everything ! The staff greeted us with a smile Prosecco and were extremely helpful ( especially Helene )! The room was beautifully appointed with a mix of antiques and modern amenities and extremely clean and comfortable .. only negative were the stairs to the top since no elevators but worth the climb!!"

"Had a junior suite - very nice. Clean and plenty of room. Nice little balcony. Very central location. Inside the hotel was nice and staff was outstanding. Outside the property / the side walks are pretty dirty and the area is very busy. Felt safe though. While waiting for our car service outside, the front desk staff kept coming out and checking in with us. She was so nice."

"The property was fine once u got inside. It was very dirty right outside the door. I think someone could make sure there isn't garbage and cigarette butter everywhere right out the door. The staff was very pleasant and we did enjoy the gym, sauna and steam."
