Good but not the best
The hotel was overall nice. The thing is that it is on a very loud location, on the street. For sure it is not a 4 star hotel, I would give it less. The parking is not available for all guests, you can’t even reserve a space before arriving so we were supposed to pay on the Nesebar parking for our car for 7 days. The food was mid, as the staff and cleanliness. The all inclusive was good because you have food available all of the time, but the quality was low. We were staying for 7 days, and believe me when I say that eating the same breakfast every morning is not healthy nor good. The rooms were ok, my daughter was sleeping on a couch bed which wasn’t very satisfying. I paid for a room of 3 and thought that she will have her own bed but she was sleeping on a couch that could open. I have to mention that the pool cleanliness was awful and I mean it when I say that it wasn’t cleaned for days at least during our 7 day stay. There were coffees that were free because we were paying for all inclusive but not having a cold frappe or any cold coffee during the summer for free when I am paying is hideous.
