"The George Inn was an excellent choice for our first night in England, due to its proximity to Stonehenge and the reasonable cost. All staff were attentive and helpful. "This exquisite little hotel is an architectural gem, beautifully decorated, comfortable rooms with sumptuous bathrooms, designed for luxury getaways. No food service is offered, except a token continental morning starter, but ample dining is available within walking distance. Hotel staff is very helpful, friendly and discreet.
