"Guten Tag,
Sauberkeit ist für mich das wichtigste an einer Unterkunft. Besonders gefallen hat mir außerdem die Klimatisierung und sie schalldichten Fenster, an der belebten Straße.
Wenn sie nach Verbesserungen fragen, dann könnte ich Ihnen zwei Tipps geben:
Es ist besonders am Anfang nicht deutlich, welche Stellung der Knöpfe was an der Klimaanlage bewirken. Und noch ein diskreter Hinweis: Tun Sie was gegen Silberfischchen.
Mit der Wohnung sind wir aber sehr zufrieden und würden sicher...

"I have never had an experience like this at a hotel.
After an exhausting day, I returned to the hotel around 11 PM and discovered that my door key was not working. I tried several times, but I could not get into my room.
The reception is not available after 6 PM, so I called customer service. There are two phone lines, English and German. I called the English line several times, but no one answered. I then called the German line, and finally someone picked up.
I explained that I was locked out...

"The Apartment was an excellent size and was exactly what we were looking for, it allowed us to cater for ourselves and a Supermarket is just around the corner for this task.
The TV seemed a bit small for the space, and was unable to use the Joyn.de app as it was too old and YouTube crashed frequently.
The was no climate control in the apartment, this wasn't too much of a problem when we visited, but it feels like if you travel in the hotter months, it may be a bit unbearable.
