The room #1714 we were in was clean. The only thing was the pillows were really flat and beds felt uncomfortable. We both woke up the next morning with our lower backs sore and stiff

Hyatt Vacation Club at High Sierra Lodge, Lake Tahoe
Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Hot tub was out of service for entirety if our stay which isn’t an amenity, we were really looking forward to using. Additionally, we were told our key card would work at the Hyatt hotel gym facility however upon arrival, our keys did in fact, not work. ...
