"The pull out bed that we needed to sleep all of our party was broken and did not get fixed even though we requested an inspection twice during our stay. An alternate room was not available. There was also no bedding available for the pull out couch and needed to be requested downstairs. The shower did not drain properly and the shower curtain hung into the bathtub while showering.
