"This hotel is way over priced and lack of proper management. When we arrived at our room, by the door there was still a pile of garbage left by the previous owner. Inside the kitchen cabinet, the trash can was full as well. We had to call the housekeeping which was the front desk twice to have them removed. Yet the hotel has audacity to charge us $120 pet cleaning fee for just one night, which added to the bill and made it total $700, not mention the low quality breakfast choice. This is a...

I visited in April and I’m rebooking for July. All the food we had there in a different restaurants were excellent."

"The broad on the floor were loose and uneven. Tripped on it a couple of times. The USB port on the desk was broken. The air conditioner in the room was not functioning. Mattress was so thin I can feel the springs in it. The bed creaked every time I move. I can hear the TV from the room across the hall. There were only one set of towels in the room. Each room has it own balcony which is nice."

"The door lock didn’t work for us had to contact someone to give us a code to be able to get in. The WiFi was ridiculous, hardly worked. The sink faucet was so loose felt like turning on the water would rip the faucet off its brackets. The TP holder was broken. Was a good price but everything was cheaply made and breaking."

"We tried to check in and couldn't get into the room. The code we were given got us into the building. But the code to get into our room wouldn't open the door. After trying multiple times without success, we tried contacting Hotels.com to get advice. We were unable to reach a real person for help. Since we needed to have a room for the night, we got a room at Comfort Suites instead. We're extremely frustrated and will be seeking a refund for this room we were unable to use."
