Hotel dekat The Reno Tennis Center

"Everything was perfect!!! I’m shocked they don’t charge more. Steven at the front desk was our favorite person there! All the staff is great but Steven really went above and beyond! Breakfast, rooms, bar lounge and pool was fabulous!! The only problem I had was that there was no fan in the bathroom and the lights weren’t as bright in there too. Other than that, we will be back for sure!!!"

"Clean and friendly"

"Clean, helpful staff at desk and at breakfast section; cleaning crew were respectful of notes on the door."

"Nice"

"It was so strange , there wasn’t anyone on the front desk , You were speaking to a keyos . And that guy was useless , he didn’t show any instructions where my room was , I walked out back and walked under the level 2 entrance area and this huge dog came out barking like he was in a mission . The wiener came out screaming at the dog and cursing him , and all you could smell was weed . It was an awful experience. When i finally found my room ,people were so noisy . I ask the guy on the keyios...

"The door lock didn’t work for us had to contact someone to give us a code to be able to get in. The WiFi was ridiculous, hardly worked. The sink faucet was so loose felt like turning on the water would rip the faucet off its brackets. The TP holder was broken. Was a good price but everything was cheaply made and breaking."

"We tried to check in and couldn't get into the room. The code we were given got us into the building. But the code to get into our room wouldn't open the door. After trying multiple times without success, we tried contacting Hotels.com to get advice. We were unable to reach a real person for help. Since we needed to have a room for the night, we got a room at Comfort Suites instead. We're extremely frustrated and will be seeking a refund for this room we were unable to use."
