"Buyer beware!!!!! This place is awful! I reserved a 2 queen room and at check in they gave me a king bed only, did not tell me they switched it and when I showed them my reservation they told me it was my fault despite the reservation clearly showing 2 queens! When the manager arrived on scene she told me the hotel was full and they had no other rooms and that I had to take what they gave me! Wow!!!!! So don’t trust them! Staff was absolutely awful! "This hotel was very different than what i have ever stayed in. The room was small and reminded me of a college dorm room yet modern. The layout of the room was not well thought out either."

"The Hotei is new but sits right next to the freeway and under a flight path for planes coming into land at the local airport. The decor is simple with lots of hard surfaces. So everytime a client opens or closed their room door the sound echoes down the hallways. The room doors don't close, they slam. The room amenities are minimal...one tiny shampoo and soap. No hair dryers. Small sized towels. A nice small kitchen but completely empty...so useless except for the refrigerator...unless you...
