"Great front desk staff upon arrive, check out and the shuttle. The location and free shuttle service to the airport was why I chose this hotel. My family has stayed there in the past. My expereince was not great. I HATE smell of marijuana throughout the hallways.yuck!! The rug in my room was awful. It had two distinct "wrinkles" perpindicular to each other that posed a significant tripping risk. The room felt "dirty", but the bathroom,sink area dn the microwave/fridge cart were very clean. I felt marginally safe in a quiet far from the lobby room at the back of the building. The ice machine was out of order, the TV/cable service was out of order. Becasue I was traveling alone, I would have appreciated knowing this or receiving a discount as all I could do is it in my room and scroll on my phone. I was afraid to use trhe wifi for fear of data breach. The shuttle driver ws very courteous, but the condition of the van was dirty and seat condition marginal (some tears), though the outside of the van was ingood shape. Overall, at this point, I liiley will not stay at this hotel for a while. We live about 30 miles from there and have used the facility in the past. I think it is not up to teh level it could be. I would be willing to pay more for a better kept, safer feeling facility. It is so convenient to the airport, but we likley will use the resortsand casinos in REno for a while until this place is updated. "

"We have been going to Reno for volleyball tournaments for two of my daughters for the past four or five years and we’ve been staying at Aiden and it was great. Rooms are clean, parking is easy, great location."

"The Hotei is new but sits right next to the freeway and under a flight path for planes coming into land at the local airport. The decor is simple with lots of hard surfaces. So everytime a client opens or closed their room door the sound echoes down the hallways. The room doors don't close, they slam. The room amenities are minimal...one tiny shampoo and soap. No hair dryers. Small sized towels. A nice small kitchen but completely empty...so useless except for the refrigerator...unless you bring dishes, pots and pan, sponges hot pads, etc. No staff around after about 6 pm...so no one to reel in drunk guests when they return from the casinos. Queen beds with a sheet and thin bed spread but no blanket and only three pillows. No refund policy for any reason after the reservation is booked and paid for. There is a good reason for the policy This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in at the $300+ including taxes per weekend night price range."

"My wife and I travel very frequently. I wish there were more properties like this available in other cities. It gets very old and boring to see the same hotel room no matter the city. It’s very refreshing to stay at a place that truely feels like a home. The property was spotless and the gym/pool are amazing. 5 stars all the way around."
