"Jim Butler use to be a great place to stay. It’s not anymore! The place is run down, and the staff at check in is less than impressive! I called ahead as I would be making a later arrival to verify someone would be there. The lady who answered the phone spoke as if I was wasting her time. Then at check in she was completely unpleasant. I had a less than impressive stop the time before but thought I’d give the place one more chance. Never again will I stay at the Jim Butler."

"They allow people to have barking dogs in their rooms, even after the quiet hour of 9pm. Unfortunately you can hear it in your room even if you had the forethought to not bring a dog on a trip to annoy others."
