"This hotel is nicely located near the square and walking distance from Andy Warhol museum. The rooms are big and clean but I am a bit disappointed on the service. Both reception desk during check in and check out are not very friendly. Our room was also not cleaned while we were there."

"Our room was clean, however, the bed was quite squeaky when we got in and out. Next-door neighbors were extremely loud and we needed to call management twice to have them quieted down on our first night. However, Debbie, manager on duty, kindly comped, our parking as an apology for something that was totally out of their control, and we really appreciated that. Nice location to view downtown in Pittsburgh. Enjoyed our stay."

"Clean room great staff my only complaint is the beds were a little small but comfy and they were using the same spoon for the eggs and the sausage At breakfast there also wasn’t enough utensils out the guest were grabbing things like the bread and muffins with their hands. Overall I would stay again!!"

"Drury never disappoints. Staff was attentive and always had a smile. The free breakfast is always a great start to the day. The only issue was my gps took me to the back of the hotel and not the front where valet parking was. I had to drive around to find the entrance."
