"This hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff was exceptional, the facilities were fantastic, and everyone went out of their way to make us feel right at home. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast was truly outstanding, with an incredible variety of choices unlike anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before. "We recently stayed here for four nights and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly courteous and professional, making us feel welcome throughout our entire trip. A special mention goes to the restaurant team, who provided the same high level of excellent and professional service. As for the room, it was spacious, beautifully clean, and very comfortable. "The staff were incredibly kind--especiallythe night manager! He will do anything to take care of you. The location was great because NorteShopping was a two or three minute walk away. And an Uber can get you anywhere in the city in about 20 minutes. We will definitely be staying here again next year, but I hope to get a bigger room. My only real complaint was the size of the room and the amenities. Obviously, this is not a luxury hotel, but I am used to having a mini fridge and bathroom doors...

"Cons
1. Hairdryer was jammed when we checked in & the head had to be replaced as it was inoperable due to hair jammed into the head of the hairdryer.
2. The website says air-conditioned rooms but staff informed they are air cooled.The first night was very sweaty & uncomfortable to get sleep. Staff asked us to open the window for ventilation.This wasn't an option as this overlooks a highway & lot of traffic noise.
3. The hotel is located in Gais & requires Bolt & Uber for any Porto related...

"I stayed one night here and it was perfect for my needs. They even let me check in early which was amazing. The staff were very helpful all a round. Breakfast was delicious. Early morning shuttle to the airport was on time. It’s also very easy to find for Uber drivers when you want to go into main Porto area which is only like 20-30 min away depending on traffic. I would stay here again."

"The room is small, the shower is half preventing water from splashing outside, which happened no matter what I tried, then I had to wipe the water on the floor, I was charged city tax different amount on different days (the first 2 nights 10 Euro for 2 of us, then 6 Euro for the additional night), no refrig in the room, I had to go to the reception when I needed ice or hot water. The bathroom smells sewage, the hallway doesn't look clean."
