A beautiful small hotel that has it all a rooftop where you can see the sun rise /set on the mountains . The breakfast was served hot by the family a selection of products from the local market, the staff were so friendly and professional , offering coffee and tea , helping us with the reservation for activities. Clean and wide rooms with sitting area that u can’t find anywhere.

Very nicely located property, with real cave rooms. The service was great, and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was amazing and was served with a lot of warmth. We got a lot of help from Noorie, the owner of the hotel, and his team. Was a great stay and we could also do the hot air balloon ride courtesy the hotel's help.

Very clean rooms. Excellent ambiance and decor in the room. Comfortable bed. Huge shower cubicle; big enough for 3-4 people. Buffet style breakfast is excellent with plenty to choose from: Meat and vegetarian. Freshly prepared daily by the lady chef Nurcan. All friendly and helpful staff with smiley faces all the time. We had an excellent experience with this hotel’s hospitality. They nicely accommodated our pick up at the bus station. The breakfast was local Turkish dishes with delicious varieties. Gala Cave is the best boutique hotel we have ever stayed. It's in a quiet spot in the town centre, close to shops, restaurants. The room is very large and clean, has an authentic cave feel. The bed is very comfortable. The rooftop terrace is facing the balloon launching site in the valley. We watched ballons lifting at sunrise, had a balloon flew over meters above. 酒店的天台面向热气球起飞点，是极好的日出和热气球观景台。 The on-site travel agent is a big plus, who organised all our transports and tours. All hotel staff were very friendly. The Turkish breakfast was also fantastic. We would recommend Gala Cave to all our friends.

Not a luxurious property but very comfortable. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home. The frontdesk staff (Ulgen and Emin) and the lady at the breakfast were really warm and welcoming.

The hotel offers a great rooftop location to view all of the hot air balloons and take great pictures. The staff was amazing; so caring, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast was also pretty good with a variety to choose from. Our room was pretty large and very clean.

A Wonderful Family Stay in Göreme We stayed at Gala Cave Cappadocia in Göreme for two nights with our children, aged 11 and 7, and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we received such a warm and friendly welcome that we immediately felt at home. The hotel is family-owned, and you can really feel the care, kindness, and personal attention they give to every guest. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and our whole family felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We are grateful for the lovely hospitality and would happily stay here again. We highly recommend Gala Cave Cappadocia to families and anyone looking for a charming and welcoming place to stay in beautiful Göreme!

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful. The location is excellent. Everything is within walking distance, including shops and restaurants. We stayed at the Gala Cave Hotel in Cappadocia for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of numerous restaurants and shops, which made exploring the area very convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. We had booked our tours in advance, and when our hot air balloon ride was cancelled due to weather, the hotel quickly helped us rebook without any hassle. They also assisted in arranging additional tours and organized our airport transfers, which made everything seamless. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a great variety of options, and the lady who prepared the food was especially kind and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia.

Best part of staying was that this hotel was family owned and they're best people. My son was sick and Nuri took us to the pharmacy and helped us in getting medicine also he cut watermelons for my son late night. I'll recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to feel like they're staying in house. We felt safe in this hotel.
