"Room was exceptionally clean upon arrival"

"terrible. wouldn't recommend. we checked out a night earlier. begged them to give me credit for the night not used. they, in greed of green, refused. ate my money. will never stay here again."

"There was a loud party when we arrived. They gave us a room above the event. The room vibrated from the loud music. We called down asked to be moved they said they were fully booked. Went downstairs asked again to be moved. It wasn’t till the front desk guy came to the room and felt the loud noise that we got a moved to another room. Room was ok the faucet leaked water. Had motion sensor lights and they turned on when we moved while in bed!! Someone set the fire alarm as a prank around...

"Staff was helpful, but, was alone and line was long. He had no helpers. He was doing the best he could for checking guests in and guests coming by and had to ask to redo their keys. The grounds and landscaping of of the Motel were in terrible shape and not maintained at all. The rooms were cheap looking, Twin bed was a folding bed and think mattress, bathroom outdated, small and not homy. Not sure if I will stay there again..."

"Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Can't say the same for the breakfast attendant. She was rather rude and cranky. There were loud occupants on our floor. Not the fault of the hotel. Just inconsiderate people being loud in the hallway at 730 am"

"Shower was clogged transient people hanging out in parking lot pictures were def AI or when they first opened up hallways and room are hot and elevator was broken had to Cary luggage to 3rd floor AC wasnt up to par"

"I reserved a room through Expedia and arrived around 3:30 PM, after the stated 3:00 PM check-in time. When I checked in, everything initially seemed fine and I was given a room key. However, when I entered the room, it was completely unacceptable. The room smelled horrible, housekeeping clearly had not been done, the room was messy, and it even appeared to have bugs. I immediately went back to the lobby to request a full refund because the condition of the room was unacceptable and unsanitary....

"Rooms very small , 2 dead silverfish bugs found.. breakfast horrible…they put us in a handicap room , did not ask for that. Was $200 more to move room . Furniture very outdated and worn ….awful is my review"

"Free parking and complimentary breakfast were definite pluses. Our room did have some issues, though the shower floor was dirty, and the room felt outdated and in need of upgrades. The beds were clean but not the most comfortable. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and welcoming."

"This was a clean, affordable, and pleasant option within easy walking distance to the convention center, notable cultural experiences like Japantown, and lots of restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area. I'd 100% stay again!"
