"The old adage "you get what you pay for" couldn't be more true for this hotel... but it really was more like a motel. My first impression was they could care less about customer service because no one was at the front desk to greet me when I checked in (or when I went to check out). "The rooms seem to be newly renovated but they are horrible. The pool isn't open. The parking lot is horrible with holes. Our latch on the door was broken so we felt unsafe."

"The gentleman who handled the desk was extremely helpful general manager, maybe not so much but there are only three people running the entire property. Area is a bit sketchy but seemed safe. I strongly recommend not to arrive before the 4pm check-in time, they stab you with a fee. Rooms are clean, bathrooms are nicely done. Wake me up a hands off approach at your hotel with very little service, this is your place. Grocery store 2 blocks away, several restaurants and bars very close."

I accidentally left my Ray-Ban sunglasses behind, and the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They quickly located them and even mailed them back to me.
