"didn't have hot water in my shower and they said they were gonna send someone up. no one ever came. other then that the room was clean and cute. and vibes were cute. food at the cafe in the lobby was tragic unfortunately, bar staff was kind and had great drink suggestions."

"Two problems - 1. Check-in was VERY slow. It took the front desk staff 20 minutes to check in each guest. There ALWAYS seemed to be a problem.
2. There is a $40/night resort fee that was not included in the Expedia price and was not properly disclosed. It changed the hotel from a less expensive option to a more expensive one. I would've stayed elsewhere.,

"I only had a one night stay, but I would definitely stay again. Small but mighty room equipped with shampoo/conditioner/body wash combo. It had electronic shades and hooks for your bags and jackets etc. Many options to eat outside the hotel and a grocery store next door. The elevator can be a little slow but taking the stairs was not a problem.
The only issue I had which probably isn’t an issue everyday, and I had to check out pretty early, was that the free breakfast was not available...

"Great experience! The rooms are spacious with great views. Check in and check out we’re particularly smooth. We arrived at 9am and our room was ready early. Staff was super helpful. "Website touted free breakfast as “a rarity” in NYC. At check in we were provided a card for free coffee and a pastry from the coffee stand in lobby. Coffee stand staff said we could only have coffee. Website shd be corrected to accurately represent that you only get a cup of coffee for breakfast.
Bathtub needed replacement or scrubbing.
Bed linen was very crisp and clean. Thank you! But not enough to keep one warm at night."

"Ich habe den ersten Eindruck des Queen-Size-Zimmers als positiv empfunden. Der kleine Raum war gut durchdacht genutzt und für eine Person völlig ausreichend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der direkte Zugang zur Dachterrasse über eine zweite Tür: Der Ausblick auf die Skyline war beeindruckend.
