"First and foremost I have been to Quinta hotels in other states and this Quinta hotel has been the worst stay for my family and I . First the front entrance is dirty you walk in and you have to wait to be greeted you’re given a key and goodbye go to your room! No explanation on the amenities , wifi, etc etc what professional hotels do! To my surprise they only have 1 elevator for customers and for housekeeping ! "The room was fine and the desk staff were great. Unfortunately we left a tip for housekeeping only to find that they gave us new towels and replenished the coffee, but that was it. "Room was clean and check-in was easy. Kitchen in room was spacious and refrigerator/freezer was very large. The pool was too small to be useful, but we saw some people using the gym. All day coffee was amazing and the breakfast was surprisingly good. We would definitely stay here again."

"The room was not cleaned (short staffed) but the front desk readily gave us clean towels and an apology. The shower floor was very slippery with a few errant pieces of rough tape place haphazardly in the floor. Front desk suggested we put a towel on the floor for safety. The rate of the room is great and I appreciated that, but the airco vent was right next to the desk which made using the desk uncomfortable with cold air blowing on you.
