"This was the second time of staying at the Banff Springs Hotel. I found the whole experience very pleasing. The reception, bar and restaurant area is very clean and a comfortable place to chill. I booked single rooms for my Son and I and we both found them to be of a good size with a comfortable bed, which is all one needs after a long drive up from London. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and found that the choice of food was plentiful and a good variety of dishes. The food itself was...

"Perfect place to stay with a dog. The mattress could do with an upgrade but otherwise very comfortable although there was an overwhelming smell of cleaning products in the accommodation. Food is excellent. "

"Booked a twin and double room. Rooms clean and well appointed with a communal kitchen area for use by guests. Did not use breakfast service as we left in the morning before the hotel staff had arrived. Only small complaint was that the staff were unable to open the connecting door between the 2 rooms which would have made things a lot easier. "
