The rooms are serviced each day if needed, the staff are both friendly and helpful and will go out of their way to help if they can. The rooms are spacious and well equipped and I found no problems. "The open spaces to sit in the shade or lounge near the swimming pool are a treat to the mind and soul. Excellent amenities i.e. swimming pool, sauna were very clean and easy to access. The gym was spacious and all possible machines and weights. The staff was courteous and professional. For the price we paid this was a steal !"

"To be extremely blunt this should not be a hotel available on hotels.com, it's dirty, the descriptions are all false and we understand from locals it's more a rent a room for an hour sort of place, we left thirty minutes after arriving and checked into an alternative clean hotel. We are still waiting for our refund as well. "
