"A wonderful place to stay"

"The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. The cleanliness was concerning though. The bathroom had hair and dirt in the sink and shower, with a used washcloth thrown in the corner. The fridge was always off. You have to push a button to turn it on, but it only stays active for two hours then goes off again. I don't know if it was just my room, by the walls are "thin". You could hear people showering and talking next door and walking around from the floor above. Staff was super friendly...

"Our experience at the Greystone Inn in Bridgeport, Texas. could not have been much worse. We checked in on the evening of March 21, 2026 and were asleep when my wife was awakened about 5:30 am on March 22, 2026 . We turned on a light and she had bed bugs on her as well as numerous bed bug bites. We stayed in the room until check out time when I went to the office to discuss the matter. "Do not stay at this location. It was disgusting. Water was cold. Ants and food in the sink. Shower and toilet wasn’t cleaned. Boogers and coffee splashes on the wall. The only thing that looked clean was the bed sheets. The front desk clerk was nice but the hotel was filthy. I don’t understand all the good reviews. I have never checked out of a room as soon as I checked in. Worse hotel experience I have ever had "

"Smallest room I've ever stayed in. The room reeked of bleach. Which I guess at least we can assume they cleaned everything. The base for the bed was metal which squeeked everytime you turned. Would not stay again. "
