Cleanliness was good, but elevator was out for 2 days (however, that was Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, so repair services may not have been available.) Good experience overall; we will stay there again.

Clean room. Pet friendly BUT there is a hidden $50 pet fee + $10 a night per pet. Good shower temp and pressure. The room has some "new hotel" odor. Recommend air freshener. Walls and floors are THIN you can hear everything.

It appeared quite new. Security was certainly a fundamental part of the build. Apparently you could request housekeeping services, but they tended not to clean the room every day, but it was easy to get towels or any other item you might need. My particular room door slammed really loud if you didn't control the closure (just a note).

Bri and the staff at this echo suites are amazing! The property is new to the point where you can smell the carpet glue when you’re walking through the lobby. They take them at most meticulous care of things when they come to cleaning so hopefully the new will stay on for a long time. Has a lot to do with the guests, but the staff is going over and above. I would highly recommend.

The amenities were lacking. This property is geared toward accommodating workers in the area and not families with small children who need small things like extra soaps and breakfast. (My bad-I should have paid more attention to amenities list before booking.)

Unexpected week away

Stayed here for a week while plumbing was being fixed at our house. It was brand new so everything was very clean. Bed was comfortable enough. This is not high quality but not poor quality either. I’ve never been in an extended stay hotel so I can’t compare. Everything was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. They still have some kinks to work out but, for the price, we were happy with our stay
