"Very surprised How Nice it was here Room was Clean Bed Soft nice view the only thing was the fridge didn't work at all but used ice had a lot of places to eat casino had a lot of different games parking was a breeze they offer self parking & Valet for a small fee loved it would love to come again almost forgot they have a beautiful pool here too its indoors"

"We chose Bally’s for our one-night stay because we planned to stay, gamble, and spend most of our time there. Unfortunately, the experience pushed us elsewhere. The guests next to us played extremely loud music for much of the evening, making it difficult to relax when we returned from the boardwalk. The casino also had an unpleasant odor that smelled like mildew being covered up with air freshener. The hallway carpet on the 5th floor was buckled in the only path to the elevators. I tripped over it three separate times during our stay. It’s an obvious safety hazard that should be fixed. The biggest disappointment was the service. We signed up for the rewards program and I gambled about $100. When I tried to order a complimentary drink, I was told I didn’t qualify, even though other guests using the same rewards card said I should. The interaction felt dismissive and unhelpful. We eventually walked to Hard Rock and the difference was immediate. I received three complimentary drinks within the first hour and the atmosphere was much more welcoming. Overall, Bally’s gave off a “just give me your money” vibe. We planned to spend our entire night there but ended up looking for reasons to leave."

"One of the main reasons why I chose Resorts was because of their easy access to beach and of rental of chairs and umbrellas. Well here it is June 9th and 10th, temperature HOT and rentals don’t exist. PLUS rudeness of female “Landshark” manager of giving an explanation!!"

"We only stayed one night so that is all I have to go by. The place is outdated but thats not entirely important. The place was mainly clean. However, there was a panty liner/bathing suit liner stuck to the wall, in a very obvious place. There also was blue paper-gum-gunk, I'm not sure what, stuck to the ceiling. Between that and the tub that had a big bubble from water damage and iffy tub floor, I'd say cleanliness was less than average with obvious items that needed addressing. Served its purpose of a safe place to spend 1 night. Nice view though!"

"Air conditioner in the room sounded like a 747 was landing continuously and the shower head make a horrible noise, TV in room only worked on 1 channel and by 12 noon all beach chairs were gone. Rooms were not that clean, sand on floors, bed spread had stains and for the amount of money they charge per night I would urge people to try somewhere else."

"We had a what seemed an excessive wait time to check in almost 40 minutes. Then the room key didn’t work, each time we tried to use the elevator it took upwards of 10 minutes or more. After the room key didn’t work I actually walked down the stairs from the 21st floor to avoid waiting. Got the new key card to only find out the room was already in use. We go back down to the front desk again to find out the person who checked us in wrote the completely wrong room number down and allowed to enter the wrong room. I’ve never been in a hotel where there was no vent fan in the bathroom. There were outlets that did not work and really need to be updated. Overall a horrible experience from what should have been a higher end hotel."
