"1 women checking people in at check in time ! Elevator not working ! Ac not working. Room had odor. Did not supply enough towels for the amount of people in room and no face clothes ! Requested a lower floor prior to check in. And at check in said we are full !! Didn’t believe it . Down except third ..."

"We absolutely loved everything about the Nassau. The staff was warm and friendly going above to make sure we had everything we needed. The food at the restaurant was amazing. Loved the outside bar !!! Weather was not great but our stay was great !!"
