"We picked this hotel due to its proximity to Waterville Valley ski area. The room was clean however the TV did not work which was a bummer but overall not a big deal. I would stay there again. "

"We stayed for 2 days, it’s super cute, so convenient to be able to cook cook instead of going out. Room is good size, we had a beautiful Mountain View, the bed is lil on firm side if you like that, and the shower had nice hot water with great pressure! Would stay again for sure "

"Room was clean. Bed was comfortable but very high. I booked a Deluxe king. The room was so small. Had a dormer as well which made it even smaller. NOT the room i boked. I would not stay in that room again...Also, they refurbished room. But the bathroom toilet was never replaced. It was like sitting on the floor, so low. Why not the toilet, too?"

"Only bar in the area open late. Very friendly staff"

"Basically this is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed and this is our second time staying there. The rooms are immaculate everything's immaculate which is kind of one of the reasons. Why is because the place is brand spanking new.Chris Viude has some of the best food in the area hands down?. He changed his menu seasonally so now we're getting close to spring so the menu will be changing quite a bit for the spring so we look forward to coming up for that as well too. "The hot tub was not hot and was gross. Room smelled like cigarettes. Hotel smells like cigarettes. You can see skin flakes in the water in the hot tub. Door lock didn’t work and was expected to leave it unlocked when we left, maintenance guy promised to “look over it” "

"The rooms were clean but were starting to show signs of age. The bed would squeak and the mattress would sink in the middle. There was a fly in the room, which took forever to get it out. I thought the decor was nice. The concept is of Airbnb rooms but within a hotel. There’s no onsite front desk but there’s daily maintenance it seems. The living room lodge is cozy, the free cocoa/coffee was great, and the game room/pool was nice. Overall, it was a great value and would gladly return. "
