"Good place to star for short time"

"Love the pool is always amazing. The hot tub could’ve been changed out more often. They did a really good job with the breakfast amazing. I’d recommend the stock more hot cocoa, and they clean only when customers are not getting food. The rooms were really wonderful."

"Very happy with this hotel, it is located near a Walmart and gas station with 7/11 and a few fast food spots. It's a short cab ride away from down town new haven. Has a handy indoor pool and gym. It was perfect for an overnight stay."

"Feels like a brand new hotel, everything was Immaculate. Bed was super, super comfortable. A great night sleep! Room was very big. Indoor pool was refreshing not over treated with chemicals or strong odors. Waffle maker and lots more for the free breakfast. I would stay again for sure!"

"-great prices on rooms -clean/modern room -large lobby with sitting areas and a large bar -good/safe parking garage attached to property offered for a low price. Only downside is the surrounding area isn’t the “nicest” but it feels safe walking around during the day and you’re extremely close to the Yale campus/ hospitals. They’re about a 5-10 minute walk. "There was nothing really to complain. Everything was well done well kept. No issues no problems. Thank you."

"Checked in and the sofa chair had so many stains I couldn’t even sit on it. The chair at the desk had a bit less stains but when I sat down to eat my meal for about 10min I had a total of 4 bed bug bites on the back of my legs where I was sitting on the chair. There was mold around the tub and the sink was backed up. The water never went down. I only stayed for one night for an event due to the convenience but I would not stay here again."

"When arriving to the hotel, it seemed pretty clean. Checked in and got directed to the side door for the closest entrance to the room. When entering the building it smelled of dog and you could instantly tell people were living in the hotel, however when getting to the room it was surprisingly clean."

"I purchased a room and had a guest. Apparently, the staff had a problem with my guest staying (although I noted two persons would be staying in the room). A worker approached my husband about him staying in my room. No policies were broken due to my purchased accommodations. I would appreciate the manager or whomever has a concern contacting me."
