"Room was clean, but in need of a severe update. Door to the bathroom was very narrow and the tub faucet leaks. The jetted tub was amazing after the desk personnel fixed the plug….it wasn’t holding water. Water pressure was very bad for hot water and took forever to fill the tub. No handles to help you in or out of the tub and no anti-slip treads on the bottom. Elevator was broken my entire stay, so had to use the stairs. Pool was not ready for use because of the time of year. Looks small and in a very small area. Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Overall was a decent stay. Felt safe in the area and location was good. "

"Everything was awesome. The only thing I would suggest is to have a laundry room for the guest. When traveling for sports events. Uniforms get smelly and dirty, so being able to get them clean at the hotel would make it easier for the family instead of having to go looking for laundry mats in a city you are visiting."

"Although the check in staff was courteous and pleasant, it didn’t make up for the facility. The tile flooring in our room was dirty. It was nice that they had four pillows on our bed. However, all four were exactly the same so unless you like the big thick firm pillow, you had to have no pillow. I would not chose this hotel again."
