After check-in a maintenance employee walked into my room without knocking, I believe the room was marked as do not book, due to shower issue or no water pressure, and no hot water. I will not ever stay at this hotel in any of my future trips to Hobbs."

"​The room I received was nothing like what I booked. Your photos and descriptions are outdated/misleading. Expedia wouldn't take responsibility or offer a room change. The room I received does not match the description on Expedia. I reserved a King Efficiency Suite specifically because it listed a queen sofa bed, but I was assigned a basic single room with just a king bed. This is a poor and inaccurate representation of what is being offered."

"First the when we checked in the person at the front desk was rude and not very friendly. The key would not be open the outside door until maybe the 20th try. Then the same keys would not open the room door. In the morning I took the the keys to the front desk. They gave me new ones same thing, so I gave up and did each door about 20 times until they worked. In the room there was snot on the wall in the restroom and the shower was dirty. The hair dryer didn’t work and the electrical plugs were...
