"Very clean stay! We are pickyyy when it comes to the cleanliness of a hotel and this was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed. Has a great spread for breakfast, not much to eat from walking distance but a small drive will give you many options. There is a movie theater next door which would have been a fun option time permitting."

"Stayed 2 nights while visiting the white sands. Staff was super helpful. They offered complimentary sleds and wax for the sands. This is a motel so don’t expect amenities of newer hotels but it’s a charming little hotel that met our needs."

"We rented three king bedrooms. One was fantastic. The other two were really junkie. The showers haven’t been upgraded like from an old motel and the other two rooms were just subpar. The staff was excellent. The food was OK. I know they’re trying to upscale their image, but they shouldn’t be renting rooms out for the same price that are in real need of upgrading."

"I loved this bed n breakfast. It was not hard to find. I liked it was on the out skirts of busy area. Very quiet. You are greeted by owners. Beautiful piece of history and property. If you have the honor to have breakfast cooked for you, you will not leave hungry. I was there only 1 night but wished I had time to enjoy the pool. Thank you for sharing your home. Property is exactly as shown in pictures."

"Very nice hotel with plenty of history. Staff was very helpful. Their restaurant and bar are great. Pool and hot tub were perfect. Plus shop inside was excellent. Walked out with some Jalapeño jelly. Tour of the hotel and history ate excellent. Great stay all around."

"Nice hotel, friendly staff, great location, lots of amenities. Free parking in a garage. The only disappointment was breakfast. It is grab and go on Monday-Wednesday. Thursday to Sunday has warm breakfast but even that was only so-so. How come every hotel has the same cheap, uninspired breakfast menu? Why no fresh pastries and fruit?"
