"I had a mixed experience during my recent stay. Upon arrival, I waited at the front desk for over 20 minutes before anyone appeared to assist me. When an employee finally showed up, I inquired about an early check-in (just by one hour) and was abruptly told it was not possible.

"Staff is doing their best and we had good service in the restaurant for breakfast. Management is not seen anywhere and leave front line staff to address all issues. We received a text at 2 pm indicating the restaurant, lounge/bar and room service would not be available for the remainder of the day. We had planned to get a small bite before a tasting trip at 5pm knowing almost all restaurants within the community would be closed at the end of our trip. This was disappointing.
