"While the Hotel is in a super location it is in need of updating. There was no drawers in the room to put clothes in and room157 had water dripping from a light fitting in the bathroom. This has obviously happened for some time as there was staining on that part of the ceiling. I reported this to reception as we checked out. There was no lu brush and we had to ask for another toilet roll as only one half used was provided. The food was average. Not somewhere we would stay again"

"Servicable, but not great. Shower was falling apart, no one available on reception for check out. Corridors smelt of cigarette smoke and the fire alarm went off at 5:20 in the morning. The vending machine advertised was empty, there are stains on the ceilings and burn marks on the floors. Very much in need of a makeover."

"I stayed in a room with a king size bed which was as very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very nice. All the staff were very friendly and one young lad who was training to work on the front desk, helped me with my check in and showed and helped me down some steps to my room with my suitcase and bags. Unfortunately, I didn’t get time to use the facilities this time but I have used them many times in the past and enjoyed them."

"Parking is really poor, everyone was double parking on grass and in the disabled spaces as there is not enough space for guests to park. We had to park a 5min walk away in a public car park and walk back in the dark which wasn't a nice start. The corridors and decor in the room was a bit tired. We had a Park room and all the lamps in the corridor had been knocked and were either lopsided or broken off. The walls were also badly marked and needed a clear freshen up. The noise from other rooms...

"Everything was so easy to book etc, £4 extra to park over night but again easy to sort Mattress was comfy on one side 😀, overall decent place from start to finish"
